Scope of General Terms and Conditions, Basic Principles

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter: the “Terms of Use”) define the terms for the use of the website no1barber.hu and No.1 Barber Saloon (hereinafter: the “Website” and “Saloon”) owned by Mobilwood Kft. (Headquarters: 2089 Telki, Kamilla u. 9., tax number: 14067396-2-13, No.1 Barber Saloons at: 1035 Budapest, Vörösvári út 33, 1066 Budapest, Teréz körút 44., 2089 Telki, Kórház fasor 22., hereinafter: Service Provider).

A User (hereinafter: the “User“) is defined as any natural person of legal age, or any legal entity or other organization that visits the Website, books an appointment for any service through it, or subscribes to the Website’s newsletter. Minors do not qualify as users. By using any service provided by the Website or by subscribing to the newsletter, the User accepts these Terms of Use as binding. Acceptance of the Terms of Use in this manner also means the User commits to monitoring any changes to these Terms of Use. If the User does not accept these Terms of Use, they are not entitled to use the Website or the services offered by the Website. The owner and/or operator of the Website is entitled to unilaterally modify these Terms of Use at any time. The effective date of the modified Terms of Use is the day on which the modified Terms of Use are published on the Website. The operators of the Website may appear under the name “No.1 Barber Saloon” both in these Terms of Use and on the Website. The User is obliged to provide accurate, real data associated with them. Should Mobilwood Kft. become aware that the data provided by the User contains false elements, it is entitled to partially or fully restrict the User’s access to the service.

Operator: Mobilwood Kft.

Booking: Booking an appointment through the Website; booking service provider: booked4.us Kft. (2600 Vác, Zichy H. utca 12. 26668901-2-13)

 

Service: Haircut, shave, and other services. A No.1 Barber haircut or shave linked to a specific time, date, and location.

Website: https://no1barber.hu and all its subpages.

Operation of Mobilwood Kft.

Multiple time slots are available on the Website, as determined by No.1 Barber Saloon; the User chooses from the available options based on time, location, and availability.

Variable Factors: In exceptional cases (e.g., illness, leave), the service time or the specific barber performing the service may change.

Mobilwood Kft. makes every effort to ensure that changes have minimal impact on the punctual and high-quality delivery of the service.

Timeframe: Mobilwood Kft. strives to perform the service punctually at the scheduled time and within the predefined timeframe/duration; however, the timeframe may occasionally vary.

Cancellation: The User is entitled to free cancellation up to 3 hours before the scheduled service.

Complaints: No complaints will be accepted once the User has left the premises.

Code of Conduct

When using Mobilwood Kft. services and/or the Website, accepted behavior includes respecting other users regardless of their race, gender, religion, identity, or humanity, and refraining from intentionally or unintentionally causing offense through words or actions.

Booking

Booking and Cancellation You can start the Booking process on the Website by selecting a saloon and clicking the Book Now button. After selecting the date, barber, service, and time slot, the User can initiate the booking by providing their details. To finalize the appointment booking, the User must provide the following information: Name (Last name, First name, Company name) E-mail address Phone number The Service Provider will notify the User of the successful booking via an email sent to the provided address. The email includes: The service appointment time The location of the service The selected barber The booking name Cancellation: The User must indicate any request for modification or cancellation via phone or email at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment! We cannot accept cancellations via other channels (Facebook, alternative email addresses, etc.).

Photography and Videography

If the User consents, photographs or videos may be taken of them at the service location. Mobilwood Kft. may use these materials without restriction.

Security Camera Footage

We operate security cameras in full compliance with current data protection regulations. By entering the shop, guests accept these privacy rules through their implied conduct.

Promotions

Mobilwood Kft. reserves the right to offer discounts on the original price of its services. The terms of these discounts may be modified unilaterally.

Third parties may also offer discounts related to Mobilwood Kft.’s interests based on separate agreements (e.g., coupon campaigns, etc.); however, in such cases, No.1 Barber Saloon assumes no responsibility for the partner’s Terms and Conditions or Data Processing practices.

Liability

Under no circumstances does Mobilwood Kft. guarantee that the service (including the Website, all associated content, and the Event) will operate without interruption or error.

Mobilwood Kft. assumes no responsibility or liability for the following:

Errors or omissions on the Website or during the use of the service.

Any malfunction or interruption of the Website’s use or the service experience.

The availability of content on the Website (e.g., time slots).

Any complaints made after the User has left the premises following the service.

Governing Law, Supervisory Authorities

The legal relationship between the Service Provider and the User is governed by Hungarian law. In the event of a legal dispute, the parties stipulate the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court based on the Service Provider’s registered seat, depending on the scope of authority.

For consumer complaints regarding the Service, the User may initiate proceedings with the competent consumer protection authority; for electronic advertisements, with the communications authority.
